Pool Repair in Keller, TX
When a backyard pump, filter, heater, or leak stops a Keller pool, that is a repair visit. Keller is in northeast Tarrant County and shares borders with Fort Worth, Southlake, and Roanoke. U.S. Highway 377, also called Main Street, runs north and south, and FM 1709, also called Keller Parkway, runs east and west. Lucent Pools comes to the house and diagnoses the pad before we recommend a replacement.

On a Keller lot the pool and the equipment usually sit behind the house. A pump with weak flow, a noisy bearing, or a prime that will not hold usually points to the motor, the seal, or the impeller. We diagnose filter pumps and booster pumps, then repair or replace the motor and install new seals. Cloudy water, when the chemistry already looks acceptable, often means a dirty or damaged cartridge, DE grid, or sand bed. We clean all three, inspect the tank and the valves, and repair or replace the filter when cleaning is not enough. A heater that will not fire, shuts off early, or will not hold temperature gets checked as a system. We look at flow, the gas or electrical supply, and the unit, including common Jandy, Raypak, and Rheem heaters and heat pumps. A weak pump or a stuck valve can mimic a failed heater, and we say so when the pad shows that. We service and repair all pool equipment brands, including Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward. We are an Authorized Jandy ProEdge Warranty Station and can also help with Pentair and Hayward warranty claims.
When the waterline falls
Do not assume a crack in the shell. Many leaks sit at the pad: a pump seal, a valve, a filter tank, a heater fitting, or a union. Before we arrive, you can weigh the loss. Put a bucket of pool water on a step, pencil-mark the bucket and the pool, and look again the next evening. Skip a day with rain or a lot of splash-out. If the pool mark falls and the bucket mark does not, the water is leaving. We can see many pad leaks without opening the deck. A buried line, the shell, a skimmer, or a light niche may need a pressure test or dye. Call 817-339-6770 for constant autofill, a soggy spot, air in the returns, a wet pad, or a level that dropped overnight.
Timers, lights, and salt cells
A timer, actuator, or control panel that skips its schedule, or that stops moving valves, leaves the pool only partly running. We diagnose automation and controllers on site. A dark niche can be a failed bulb or LED fixture, a bad gasket, the niche itself, or the power feed behind it. Low chlorine, with a cell plate that still looks clean, often means a failing salt cell, a power supply, or a flow switch. We test salt systems and sanitizers and replace a worn cell when the test shows it has failed.
How a Keller visit works
Call 817-339-6770, or send the details through the contact page, and describe what the pool is doing. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday closed. Sunday closed. Lucent Pools has 25+ years of experience with this equipment. Family and veteran owned. We repair the same day or next day when parts and schedule allow. If the equipment runs and you want a repeating visit, residential pool maintenance is the fit. If the interior, the tile, or the deck is what failed, that scope is on the pool remodeling page.

Frequently asked questions
What equipment do you repair for a Keller pool?
Lucent Pools repairs pool equipment in Keller, TX: automation and controllers, filters, pumps, heaters, heat pumps, manifolds, plumbing, valves, pool lights, salt systems, and sanitizers. Bring us the symptom and we start with the part that stopped. Call 817-339-6770 and describe what stopped.
Do you repair and replace Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward equipment?
Yes. We repair all major brands, including Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward. If a repair will do the job, we fix the equipment you have. When something needs replacing, we usually recommend Jandy. As a Jandy ProEdge builder and dealer and an Authorized Jandy ProEdge Warranty Station, we can give you a 3-year warranty on new Jandy equipment. The choice is always yours, though. If you'd rather stay with your current brand, we'll supply and install that instead.
How do I check for a leak before I call?
Use a bucket test. Put a bucket of pool water on a step, mark the bucket and the pool, and compare them a day later, leaving out rain and splash-out. A pool that falls while the bucket holds still is leaking. We then say whether that leak is on the pad or farther into the plumbing or the shell.
Do you repair Jandy, Raypak, and Rheem heaters in Keller?
Yes. We diagnose gas heaters and heat pumps, including common Jandy, Raypak, and Rheem units. We look at flow and the supply as well as the heater box. We tell you whether repair or replacement is the right call after that diagnosis.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday closed. Sunday closed. Call 817-339-6770 or use the contact page to request a visit.
